YFN Lucci and Meek Mill team up for “Street Kings” for his debut album

Last year we heard YFN Lucci’s chart topping single “Everyday We Lit” off his Long Live Nut EP , we knew the single would be huge hit and that lt would cause the very needed conversation for rising Atlanta artist . Along with the hit, we also got to see him pair up with acts like Migos for “Key To The Streets” , Plies, Young Scooter, and more off of Wish Me Well 2. Between his work ethic and his chart topping singles, lt was hard not to be excited for the rising artist’s debut album that just dropped this past Friday entitled Ray Ray from Summerhill.

The album features one song in particular we all have a special connection to which is “Street Kings” featuring Meek Mill. The single shines light on rising from the bottom and all around just wanting more for the people they have street love for. Along with this smooth single, Lucci also features nineteen other singles (including features from T.l. , Dreezy, Wale, Offset, and more)  showcasing why this rising artist is one to watch. lf you haven’t peeped the album just yet, peep Lucci and Meek’s collaborative single here to get a taste of what you can expect from his debut project  .

Ron Lui & Tman want a “Gangsta Girl”

In January, Ron Lui released “Just Like I Said” (prod. by Brio) (that came with a bomb visual) off of his upcoming sophomore project THX 4 the Balloons. In preparation for his release, Ron teamed up with Tman to release an additional track entitled “Gangsta Girl”. The duo expresses their love for gangsta girl realness and why they’re the real “It” girl over a hypnotizing production. Check out their latest collaboration below and tell us what you think !

$wank releases melodic single “No Games” ft. Lex

After the release of  XXL Years, NC native $wank signed to independent label Black Bullies Ent. Following his signing, he released his debut album He Is I . The project released in September and generated over 3,000 plays within the first 24 hours . Just in time for Valentines Day, the MC recently teamed up with Lex to release their collaborative single “No Games”. The song captures a mutual perspective of embracing love, genuine chemistry and wanting to take it to the next level. Although this song features intimate word play and a range of metaphors, the song actually stems from a real life breakup experienced by $wank. Amongst  the track you will also hear songstress Lex melodically expressing  a more female-driven perspective. Capture this love high by peeping $wank latest single featuring Lex below:

Brio releases debut album LITEBLEU

Charlotte native Brio is no stranger to the music scene . During the four years that Brio worked on this album, Brio managed to also produce “Creation” for Two-9 back in 2015 and release tracks like “48 hrs“, “Paint“, “Sapphire“,”Motion“, and other tracks leading up to the release of his debut project.
Recently the 23 year-old released his debut album LITEBLEU that takes a glimpse into Brio’s journey of finding one’s self in the midst of life’s trials and tribulations. Not only do the hypnotizing tracks feature Brio’s skill as a rapper, but also a producer as well(which is not only rare but definitely no walk in the park for most). While he was on a quest of finishing his debut album, the artist executed visuals for Sapphire, “Trip”, and 48hrs with the help of directors like Myles Harris and Kirk Collins. After recognizing life’s necessary paths and experiences through-out this four year course, Brio introduces himself as an all around creative to pay attention to in 2018. Albums you should be blasting on your aux cords.

As you may all know, this season has been filled with plenty of new music . From new album releases of artists like G Herbo and Gucci Mane to rising artists like Daniel Caesar and Snoh ALegra, we have gotten a great dose of music that just so happens to not be stopping anytime soon. Three albums in particular that have our attention comes from three different artists with three different directions. Here are three of the latest albums you need to get into :

When it comes to  Big K.R.I.T, you can always expect to hear a crazy flow with raw sound that reminds you that the influence of  the dirty south on music  is nothing to overlook. Back in 2015, the Mississippi native released his second studio album entitled Cadillactica post releasing one of my favorite mixtapes of all time See  Me On Top 4. Luckily for us, the rapper released his third album overnight entitled 4eva Is A Mighty Long Time. The project takes on a more personal perspective than his previous album and features ranging artists  from T.I, UGK, and Ceelo to Sleepy Brown, Lloyd, the legendary Pharrell  and many more. In addition to releasing the album, K.R.I.T also had his Nike Air More Money kicks customized by the theme of the album that clearly had him shook when he received them. But how could you not be moved ?  If we were him, we would have much to celebrate too. Be sure to peep Big K.R.I.T latest album by clicking here.
This season, we’ve seen plenty of R&B albums but I think we’ve all been waiting for Ty Dolla $ign to release Beach House 3 and luckily for us, it’s finally here. The singer’s previous Beach House projects were great, but now that there is a third, we have something to not only be excited about but sing our hearts out while gliding down the streets of South LA.  Along with the album consisting of Ty and YG‘s collaborative single  ” Ex” (Stream via Apple) , the album features contributing artists such as Lil Wayne, Future, Swae Lee,  MadeInTYO, Pharrell, Torey Lanez,  Damien Marley, Skrillex, Jeremih, and Lauren Jaregui . Be sure to blast his latest  album, available on all platforms.
It seems like PARTYNEXTDOOR always working rather it’s writing other artists’ music or working on his own . Earlier this year, Party released his 4-track EP entitled Colours 2 and released his previous album P3 last year  . This time around, Party is back with his very introspective new EP entitled Seven Days out now through Spotify & Apple Music . The EP in which dropped late last month includes his single “Damage” featuring Halsey & “Better Man” featuring Rick Ross in addition to five other melodic tracks. Peep how Party bridges both his “Bad Intentions” with his inner vulnerability on his latest album here.
It’s no secret that music thus far this season has became the gift that just keeps giving . In addition to these albums , some projects that are just as worthy of checking out include Morning After by DVSN , Sonder’s Son by Brent Faiyaz, Feelings by Snoh Aalegra, Mr. Davis by Gucci Mane, G Hebro’s Humble Beast,  The Bigger Artist by A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie , Super Slimey by Future and Young Thug, Take Me Apart by Kelela, Trip by Jhene Aiko, About Time by Sabrina Claudio, The OOZ by King Krule, and more are definitely sure to come.

Lyssa releases 3 new singles for upcoming EP Feel Me 2

As of lately Atlanta native and  R&B songstress Lyssa has been doing some soul searching and hasn’t been falling short of making that know. Between moving back to H-town to frame music as a priority and experimenting with trap drums, soulful synths, vivacious melodies, candid consciousness, and self- liberation, she has been stripping away everything the world taught her to be true, and finding validity within herself as not only an artist but as a person. While searching for clarity, the singer recently debuted not just one but three new  tracks including “Joy Ride”, “Who I Be”, and “Sorcery”  in preparation for the release of her second EP  entitled Feel Me 2 to the public.  Take a joy ride with the rising songstress on her latest singles and enjoy the latest  ATL vibe below :

Dopestein drops his S/S’17 collection for Stylistic Science

Back in 2013, Robert Harris (formerly known as DOPEstein ) launched his clothing line  Stylistic Science as a freshman in college in Long Island, New York.  Not only did he want his brand to stand out but he wanted the brand to represent three things that shared his fascination and passion  of science,  fashion, and style. Since dropping the line, it’s purpose has evolved into catching the eyes of many as well as  being able to stimulate the minds  and consciences of individuals from Ab-Soul to Fetty Wap and Monty. The young designer recently released his spring/summer collection that not only features the highly anticipated ‘Right Brain’ Tee, but also his  ‘Knowledge is Power’ Tee, and his latest ‘Combustion’ Hat. Check out his latest collection through his website http://stylisticscience.bigcartel.com/  and stay tune to his wavelength.
